The phrase Harmonic Regeneration captures three of my life-long passions. 

First, I committed to cultivating inner harmony through self-examination, contemplative practice and the study of human consciousness. Second, I have explored music, for the joy of mastery, and creation, and to understand its capacities and harmonic potential for healing and awakening.  Third, I have an Aquarian’s passion to tap group potential for catalyzing change and creating new paradigms, and have used a myriad of tools to build the fundamental group harmony and then to strengthen group creative potential. 

In each sphere of inner, musical and group harmony, I have aspired to understand the underlying principles which optimize the potential for harmony, vitality and creative potential in people, groups and communities. In this website, and in my work, I integrate what I have learned about the underlying laws of harmony, albeit, from physics, music, sacred geometry or consciousness. 

Harmonic Regeneration then is not just an over-arching theme, but a life-long mission. May we use what we have learned about these laws of nature and harmony, to regenerate life to its fullest potential.
